First time?

Your First Class at The Vault

Everything you need to know before your first session — what to expect, how to prepare, and how training at The Vault actually works.

You don’t need to be in perfect shape.
You just need to show up ready to train with intention.
What

What to expect

Your first class at The Vault is designed to feel structured, supportive, and empowering — not overwhelming. We coach in real time, adjust movements to your body, and guide you through a thoughtful training session that blends strength, mobility, breathing, and control. You’ll leave feeling challenged, confident, and clear on what you’re working toward.

This is not chaotic group fitness.
This is coached training in a small-group setting.
INTENTIONAL TRAINING
Every class has a purpose. Movements are programmed thoughtfully to support strength, longevity, and pain-free movement — not random exhaustion.
EXPERT COACHING
Our coaches cue, adjust, and problem-solve throughout class. You’ll never be left guessing what to do or how to do it safely.
SMALL GROUP SETTING
Classes are capped so you get real attention. You’ll experience the energy of a group with the personalization of coaching.
BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
This is training for adults. We prioritize consistency, smart progression, and movement that supports your life outside the gym.

If you're driving, free and metered street parking is available on the surrounding blocks. Please check signage for time limits.

how

How to Prepare for Your First Class

You don’t need to be flexible, advanced, or “in shape” to start at The Vault.

We strongly recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so we can welcome you, answer questions, and get you set up. Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move freely in and bring a water bottle.

Eat normally beforehand — just avoid a heavy meal right before class.

Most importantly: come ready to move with intention.
We’ll take care of the rest.
During Class

What Class Feels Like

  • Each class includes:
A guided warm-up focused on breathing and mobility
Strength-focused supersets with clear coaching cues
    A purposeful finisher
    A structured cool-down
You’ll always be offered options and progressions based on how your body feels that day. Pain is not the goal — progress is.

After Your Session

After class, feel free to ask questions, connect with your coach, or learn more about membership options.

Our goal is simple:
Help you feel confident, capable, and excited to come back.

Pregnancy & Postpartum At The Vault

Strong Through Every Season

Our pre- and postnatal classes are designed for athletes in pregnancy and postpartum who want to continue training — safely, intentionally, and with confidence.

This is not “just gentle movement.”

It’s progressive, coached strength training adapted to your body’s changing needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You’ll train in a small group with coaches who specialize in pregnancy and postpartum movement.

Every class includes:
Breathing and core work specific to pregnancy or postpartum
Strength training with intentional modifications
Clear coaching cues to support your pelvic floor, core, and overall strength
Options that meet you exactly where you are — trimester to postpartum stage
Pain-free movement, confidence, and trust in your body are the priority.

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • Pregnant women at any trimester
    Newly postpartum or years postpartum
Anyone rebuilding strength, core function, and confidence after birth
You do not need prior prenatal training experience — just medical clearance and a willingness to train intentionally.

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Arrive about 10 minutes early so we can check in and answer any questions.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
All equipment is provided.

If you’re unsure which class is right for you, our team is happy to guide you.
