What’s included in a small-group class at The Vault?
Each class blends research-backed strength programming with personalized coaching. You’ll receive form corrections, load guidance, and movement support — all within a high-energy, community-focused environment. Every session is built to help you progress safely and confidently.
I’m new to lifting. Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. Many of our members come from Pilates, yoga, running, or general fitness backgrounds. Your coach adjusts weights, pacing, and modifications so you feel challenged — never overwhelmed. You’ll learn proper lifting technique with care and clarity.
What makes The Vault different from other group fitness studios?
Our classes feel like the perfect middle ground: the energy of group fitness with the personalization of 1:1 training. We keep groups intentionally small, our programming is structured by experienced coaches, and the environment is rooted in acceptance, safety, and real progress — not chaos or competition.
