Welcome to The Vault by Commit ("The Vault," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, your membership, and your participation in classes and services at our facility. By using our website, purchasing a membership or class package, or attending a class, you agree to these Terms. Please read them in full.
1. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership or use our services. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Memberships
2.1 Membership Term and Automatic RenewalUnlimited memberships give you access to all classes at The Vault, subject to class availability and reservation policies. Memberships renew automatically every 28 days. Each 28-day cycle is paid in advance. Your membership and billing will continue on this 28-day cycle until cancelled in accordance with Section 2.3.
2.2 PaymentMembership fees are charged in advance at the start of each 28-day billing cycle to the payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file at all times. If a payment fails or is declined, we may attempt to re-run the charge and may suspend access until the balance is paid. You remain responsible for any fees that accrue during your membership, including the no-show fee described in Section 3.
2.3 Membership CancellationYou may cancel your membership at any time with at least 30 days' written notice. To cancel, email your request to info@thevaultbycommit.com. Your cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive your written request. Any billing cycle that begins during that 30-day notice period will still be charged in full, and your access continues through the end of the cycle that your notice period covers. Verbal cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Written documentation by email is required for a cancellation to be valid (see Section 4).
2.4 Membership PausesPauses are not guaranteed. Any pause is granted at The Vault's discretion and requires manager approval. To request a pause, email info@thevaultbycommit.com before the start of the billing cycle you want to pause. A pause is only in effect once you have received written confirmation from a manager. Until you receive that confirmation, your membership continues to bill and renew as normal. Verbal pause requests cannot be accepted.
2.5 Founding MembershipsFounding membership pricing and benefits are available for a limited time and subject to their own promotional terms, which are provided at the time of purchase. Founding member rates apply only while the membership remains active and in good standing. If a founding membership is cancelled, re-enrollment at the founding rate is not guaranteed.
3. Class Reservations, Cancellations, and No-ShowsWe hold a 12-hour cancellation window for all classes. To release your spot without penalty, you must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before the class start time. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, or you do not show up for a class you reserved, it is treated as a no-show. A no-show results in a $35 fee, charged to your payment method on file in the same week the no-show occurs. This policy keeps spots open for members who want them. Our small-group format means every reserved spot matters, and an unused reservation takes a seat away from someone on the waitlist.Class schedules, formats, and coaches are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes, including for low enrollment, facility needs, or circumstances outside our control.
4. Communication and DocumentationAll cancellation, pause, and account requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@thevaultbycommit.com. Verbal communication, including conversations with staff, coaches, or front-desk team members, will not be accepted as formal documentation. A request is only valid once it has been submitted in writing and, where approval is required, confirmed in writing by The Vault.
5. Health Acknowledgment and Assumption of RiskParticipation in physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By purchasing a membership or attending a class, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. You represent that you are in adequate physical condition to participate in our programs and that you have consulted, or had the opportunity to consult, a physician before beginning any exercise program. The Vault, its coaches, and its staff do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on our website or communicated in our facility should be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice.
All members and guests are required to sign a separate liability waiver and release before their first visit. That waiver is a condition of participation and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Facility Rules and ConductMembers and guests agree to follow all posted facility rules, coach instructions, and equipment guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a membership, without refund of the current billing cycle, for conduct that we determine is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to other members or staff.
7. Guests and Promotional AccessGuest visits, trial classes, and promotional access periods (including Friends and Family or presale events) are offered at our discretion and may carry their own terms. Promotional access does not create a membership or ongoing right of access.
8. Photography and MediaWe periodically photograph and film classes and events at our facility for marketing and social media purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in such materials without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, notify a staff member and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
