What is it?
The Vault is a small group training concept inside Commit Fitness in Denver. Every session is coached, every phase is programmed, and every detail, from how you breathe to how you load, is built around one thing: keeping you strong and pain-free for the long haul.Strength. Functional core. Mobility. Breathwork. All of it, in a group of 8-12.
You're trying to last.
You're in your 30s or 40s. You work hard, you train when you can, and you're starting to notice that random aches and "just push through it" isn't really a strategy anymore. You want to feel like an athlete again, without burning yourself out to get there. That's exactly who we built this for.
It's not a gym membership. It's a program with a room.
No open floor. No figuring it out yourself. You show up, your coach is there, the session is planned, and you leave knowing you did something that actually moved the needle. 8-12 people per session, on purpose. Because good coaching doesn't scale to 40.
